the heated pools were a delight even when the weather turned a bit cooler i particularly enjoyed the comfortable loungers around the pool area it was easy to spend hours there with efficient service available poolside the whole area felt luxurious and well maintained

the beautiful suite offered a lot of space it was tastefully decorated with classic touches the view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the gardens and the sea there was a separate seating area , made the room feel even more expansive.

the hotel's location is very scenic with views from the terrace and the restaurants the gardens are well maintained offering several spots to relax and enjoy the environment there are multiple seating areas designed to take advantage of different views.

the staff was friendly and keen to help in a very efficient manner at breakfast the staff remembered preferences and offered suggestions the team overall ensured the stay was a pleasure with their attention to detail and genuine care.

fine views excellent view breakfast buffet wide selection dated room signs of wear slow service dining experience

the hotel location provides fine views that i found quite excellent. the breakfast buffet was also really good i appreciated the wide selection of items available daily.

i encountered some issues the room i was assigned was somewhat dated and showed signs of wear. the service in the restaurants was a bit slow at times which impacted my dining experience.

The gardens feature many unusual species. It made my walks more enjoyable than the botanical gardens. The sea pool was a highlight with clean water. I found the staff attentive and they anticipated my needs.

The bar area lacked atmosphere. It seemed primarily for terrace service. Seating was minimal.

amazing breakfast fresh juices good location

The breakfast offered amazing choices. Fresh juices were available, alongside Moët champagne. I chose a Beautiful Double Room Sea View, and I got great sea views. The location was very good too.

The pool staff did not seem energised. I think they could be more attentive.
